Fit Out
Clients are surprised and delighted with the high quality fit out packages that Greenchurch Developments supply. All our developments are delivered to the Client at practical completion fully furnished and equipped.
Landscaping
Gardens and Landscaping include secure areas with access from various ground floor rooms. Designed and arranged to suit each development including flower beds, lawned areas, ornamental features, vegetable beds along with wander paths. Giving outside areas a spectacular look and a wonderful feel.
Handover
100% Client satisfaction with a walk round check. Having practical completion with Building Regulations approval. Agreed snagging procedure.
