Claridge Place

Claridge Place involved the design and construction of a 78-bed dementia friendly care home with associated external landscaping works. The accommodation was purpose built to provide extra support for those with dementia ranging from help with occasional memory lapses to full time care around the clock.

The accommodation is luxurious and consists of large bedrooms each with its own ensuite wet room, dining rooms, lounges, cinemas, music rooms, hair salon and supported living facilities all of which provide the residents with a wide variety of spaces in order that they lead a supported yet active and fulfilled life.

The project took 70 weeks to complete which included the interior furnishings and furniture.
