St Mary's Lodge

St Mary’s Lodge involved the design and construction of a new dementia friendly 26-bed standalone extension to St Marys Care Centre. The luxury accommodation consists of 26 large bedrooms each with its own ensuite wet room, dining rooms, sun room, lounge, café, bar and supported living facilities all of which provide the residents with a wide variety of spaces in order to provide them with a supported yet active and fulfilled life.

The project took 35 weeks to complete which included the interior furnishings and furniture. The site constraints required that the project be constructed in 3 phases commencing at the rear and completing at the front.
